Interval training, or HIIT, can boost metabolism, burn off unwanted fat, as well as help you start reaching your fitness goals. Interval training mixes high bursts of exercise with moderate intensity recovery periods. The work outs are tough, but it is the quickest way to get in shape, burn fat, and increase your aerobic capability. Not only are you burning a high amount of calories during your workout, but you will continue burning calories after you finish exercising. The best part about HIIT is that it doesn’t take up too much time. Who doesnt want to exercise for less time, and burn more calories?! I do! I hate working out at the gym for an hour and never seeing results.
